Presently, he eats from just 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. consistently. He allows himself water, black tea, and black coffee outside that window.

He even started telling patients about his routine. According to Dr. Gendreau, “intermittent fasting has been life-changing for many of my pre-diabetic and diabetic patients.” However, he advised, “Discontinuous fasting is alright for the vast majority, yet not every person. You ought to converse with your own PCP prior to beginning any eating regimen or exercise plan.”
