Herschel Walker urged his supporters to “hold on” on election night, when Georgia counts votes for the U.S. Senate race.

Walker, who replaces Raphael Warnock, said he “didn’t come to lose” while thanking the crowd for coming.
“You’ll wake up in the morning and see Herschel Walker as the great new senator from Georgia,” he said.
To win public office in Georgia, a candidate must win a majority of the vote. If Walker and Warnock fall below that threshold, the game will move to a tiebreaker in early December.
